A: Standard products: 15–25 days after deposit received. OEM/custom orders: 25–35 days depending on complexity.
A: MOQ is 1 carton per item. Each product has its own carton quantity — typically ranging from 12 to 144 pcs per carton depending on the item. Contact us for the specific carton quantity of the product you're interested in.
A: Yes. Our products are certified to CE (Europe), ASTM F963 (USA), and EN71 (UK) standards. Certification documents are available upon request.
A: Yes. We support OEM customization including logo, packaging, color, and product design. Minimum OEM order starts from 500 pcs.
A: We accept T/T (bank transfer) and L/C for bulk orders. PayPal is available for sample orders.
