Shipping & Delivery

Thank you for visiting and shopping at lulu-family. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

SHIPPING TIMES:

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days.Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. We aim to deliver your order within 7-15 days. You will receive tracking information via email within this timeframe.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.  Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.  If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Damages:

Lulu-family is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.  If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

We will try our best to deliver at the scheduled time and location. If delivery is delayed, postponed, or cancelled due to traffic, weather, different district, or other factors, lulu-family shall not be liable for any loss or damage.

INCORRECT ADDRESS / ORDERS:

We are unable to change the details of an order once it has been placed. Please contact Customer Care by calling (+86) 13411967775 or email [email protected] if you have made an error and we will try to halt your order, however, due to fast processing times this is not guaranteed.

We do not accept any liability for incorrect addresses, however will always try to accommodate amends where we can. To avoid disappointment, please make sure you check your delivery address carefully.

Any change in delivery must be made at least 2 working days before the scheduled delivery

If there is any dispute, Simply Toys reserves the right to a final decision.
